SONGHAVEN:PROFESSIONAL DEMENTIA-FRIENDLY MUSIC EVENTS
Relaxed – Inclusive – Joyous

Songhaven is a not-for-profit Community Interest Company, committed to bringing joy and authentic connection to people living with dementia through the power of professional music-making. We believe everyone deserves the dignity of high-quality concert experiences, delivered in an inclusive, relaxed, and shame-free atmosphere. Although our regular dementia-friendly concert series and care home visits have been on pause since March 2020, we are proud to continue our work in new and different ways.

Our free 'Songhaven at Home' resource is a collection of 30 minute concert films with accompanying printable programmes. The films all feature professionally filmed and edited footage from Songhaven's live (pre-COVID) dementia-friendly concert series at Lumen URC and St Paul's Knightsbridge. The energy of the live audience is the magic ingredient, with the films including all the laughter, singing along, movement, applause, and spontaneous interaction that make the live Songhaven events so special for artists and audience members alike!

All the films can be found on our website: http://songhaven.co.uk and anyone can subscribe to receive the latest films direct to their inbox via http://songhaven.co.uk/subscribe
