Music For Wellbeing Pack - £35

If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stressed, anxious or in need of some support, they have created some resources for you to download and work through to help manage your wellbeing and build resilience. Take 10 minutes each day and together, you will work through some music and wellness activities that give you ideas to build and strengthen your self-care routine independently. This pack is specifically targeted for adults and young people.
